Tenant improvements include Salon Ayano in the Denny Regrade and Metzer Maps along with other projects in the Pike Street Market. Mixed-use, multi-family projects include: 7700 Central and Island Square, Mercer Island; Juanita Village, Kirkland; Shelby Apartments, Seattle for SECO Development. In addition, A3 provides support to projects and developers throughout the greater Northwest and Southern California.
