BOLA Architecture + Planning

BOLA Architecture + Planning was formed from the recognized firm of Boyle Wagoner Architects, which was in business from 1986 until 2000. At Boyle Wagoner, Susan Boyle was managing partner and Rhoda Lawrence was an Associate. Ms. Boyle and Ms. Lawrence joined to form BOLA in the spring of 2000 and since then have continued to focus the practice on providing architectural practices that extend from pre-design, planning and programming through complete design and construction administration services. A major portion of our work is within the public realm, including the Cities of Seattle, Kent, Auburn and Olympia, as well as other higher education facilities – University of Washington, Central Washington University, Western Washington University, Whitman College, and the University of Idaho.
