Epicenter (2004 NAHB Project of the Year), providing housing, shops, restaurants and a large grocery in the heart of the Fremont neighborhood.
Rekhi (AIA Commendation Award), located at the center of the Lake City community, providing housing, office, retail and below grade parking.
Saffron (AIA Commendation Award), a 4 acre town center of dense housing, shops and services on the Sammamish Plateau.
Waterfront Residence, a new home designed to focus panoramic views of the mountains, city lights and the passing sailboats, challenged by the necessity of privacy, was developed with materials in mind.
Laurelhurst Residence, perched on a hillside overlooking Lake Washington, a complete renovation of the main floor living spaces and an master suite addition opened this house to sweeping views.

Kinects Tower This LEED Silver project is currently in Design Development and is projected to be a 440 foot tall, 340-unit apartment building with 6000 square feet of retail at ground level. Initial site excavation is to commence at the beginning of 2009.
