Denny & Svetlik Achitects provides distinctive design solutions for a variety of client and site specific achitectural challenges. We are problem solvers and we love what we do. Our practice is small by choice to maintain hands-on involvement, care, and attention to detail with each project. Our projects range widely in scale, scope, and budget from highly stylized new homes to simple, economical, and efficient alterations of existing homes. We strongly believe that architecture is the unity of building science and art. We strive to integrate creative materials, logical building systems, and proper detailing to transform inspired design into great architecture.
Our projects range in diversity and architectural style explicitly as our clients and building sites vary: Mountain lodge style homes in the Cascades at Suncadia and Tumblecreek near Roslyn, WA, a traditional bungalow in the Olympic Mountains, a contemporary oceanfront home near Long Beach,WA, an Asian inspired retreat on the Hood Canal near Seabeck, WA, Cozy and quaint rustic wooded cabins near Sequim, WA, and Bend, OR, an urban mixed-use building on Queen Anne Hill in Seattle, WA, to an assortment of residential addition/alterations throughout the NW.
