GREIF ARCHITECTS pllc, was begun in 1991 by Joseph Greif and Cynthia
Nolting Greif. We are a firm that custom designs to a clients highest
expectations, within budgets that they can afford. Our attitude
towards architecture is that there is not a project too small,
we give the same attention to our smallest project as we do to our
largest project.
We provide Architectural Services for: Residential Remodels, New Custom
Homes, Multi Family, Co-Housing, Coffee Shops, Private Schools, and
Churches. All our projects are evaluated for their ability to be
Sustainable Design Projects.
Commercial Projects include:
- Church Master planning, renovations and remodeling for
Phinney Ridge Lutheran Church and
Citadel Church/Tracey Armstrong, both in Seattle.
- Waldorf School Master planning, renovatins and remodeling
of the Seattle Waldorf School, and the Seattle Bright Water Waldorf
School.
- Waldorf School Design Development of a Kindergarden and Preschool
in Billings Montana.
- Coffee House & Roasting facility design for Zoka Coffee & Tea, Seattle.
- Kerry Park Townhouse design, Queen Anne, Seattle.
- Straw Bale Community Center, Widbey Island.
- Urban Village / Co Hosing design of twelve 750sf homes with parking
and community center on Capital Hill, Seattle.
- International clients include homes in Hawaii, Austria
and China.
