SMR's professional services comprise all phases of architectural practice, including site planning, historic preservation, feasibility studies, tenant space planning, barrier-free design, LEED sustainable design, and knowledge of tax incentives for low-income housing and historic buildings. Current work includes a number of affordable housing projects and commercial and cultural spaces.

For over 20 years our firm has been located in downtown Seattle's circa 1900's Maritime Building, as an expression of our appreciation for the value that historic structures provide to the character of our community.
