William Page Architects is an award winning Seattle based firm established in 1979. By maintaining a small studio we can give our client’s one on one service. Each project is handled by the same person throughout the design process. William Page has also been the principal in “Page Construction Company” for the past 20 years. The combination of design and construction allows for a more in depth cost to value process.

Projects

Our projects are diverse. They range from custom homes and major remodels to small additions and cabins. Projects styles vary from traditional to contemporary, craftsmen to industrial, Asian influence to Northwest flavor.
The firm is also involved in Non residential, office buildings, retail, multifamily and spiritural.

Philosophy

We approach each project the same, a team effort seeking to understand each clients needs. The Architect and client collaborate to produce a balance of sustainability, design, site orientation and budget. Each project is richly detailed to give a distinguished style .There is a belief that an invisible breath of life runs through all things and by maximizing this energy we can improve our lives. This process involves arranging our surroundings in harmony with “Feng Shui” principals.
