ZDS Architects take the design experience personally. Relationships parallel the design process as they are both guided by an interactive and creative course. Focused on respecting the individual and environment, ZDS integrates your interests to achieve uncommon results.
ZDS Architects has been hired by FW Bovenkamp Ventures, a real estate developer, to design a variety of residences for Horizon at Semiahmoo in Blaine, Washington. Horizon is a master planned, gated community of homesites on the coast at Birch Bay. These environmentally-friendly homes include Detached Single-Family and Cottage Homes, Paired Active-Adult Housing, as well as Paired and Detached System-Built (Pre-Fab) Homes. The design intent is to create architecture that takes full advantage of its south-facing coastal views while integrating well into its natural setting.
