• 40 NEW BUILD MULTI-FAMILY PROJECTS – CLARK/BARNES has extensive Multi Family residential experience having completed over 40 projects in the last 20 years, ranging from townhomes, low-rise, mid-rise to high-rise. Sustainability and livability are the heart of our projects with a focus on Mass timber design and construction.

The CLARK/BARNES team specializes in custom residential projects ranging in size and complexity from remodels to new construction, ADU’s, DADU’s and missing middle housing.
• INTEGRATED INTERIOR DESIGN – We create transformative interior solutions that connect people to place through intentional design. Our integrated interior design team specializes in custom residential, expansions and renovations, multi-family residential, as well as commercial new construction and tenant improvements in hospitality, retail, healthcare, and more.
• AWARD WINNING REHABILITATIONS – CLARK/BARNES is an award-winning Historic Conservation firm. A cornerstone of our practice is a commitment to renovation and adaptive reuse of existing buildings. CLARK/BARNES has secured over $23 million in National Historic Tax Credits for our clients.
• HOSPITALITY EXPERTISE – CLARK/BARNES has designed limited, select, and full service hotels, partnering with Marriott Bonvoy, Hilton, Choice Hotels, IHG Hotels and Resorts, as well as independent and boutique hospitality clients. To date, the total current construction value of the CLARK/BARNES hospitality portfolio is over $159 million.
