FRAME Integrative Design Strategies
FRAME is a small firm with a big reach. Together we create places that visitors love, staff can maintain, leadership can champion, and the organization can sustain.
FRAME Integrative Design Strategies emerged in 2019, when Alissa Rupp, an experienced architect, planner and project leader, sought to build on the knowledge gleaned from her time with larger firms, creating a smaller, more agile practice that is collaborative and affordable. FRAME team members have worked with multidisciplinary firms, as well as “on the floor” in museums, so they take the visitor and staff experience seriously when designing spaces for organizations. Alissa has led a wide range of projects with large, diverse teams in Washington, Oregon, Arizona, Idaho, New York, Florida, Nebraska, Nevada, Wyoming and Hawaii.
FRAME’s clients are mission-driven organizations investing time, energy and funding in the design and planning of capital projects. Our focus is on projects that are economically, environmentally and operationally sustainable. From project definition through final design of exhibits, our goal is to make each phase of design and construction accessible, clear, collegial, and even fun.
