OYAM is led by Bradly Gunn, who brings over fifteen years of industry experience and has successfully completed projects for numerous public agencies, including the Department of Education, University of Washington, Washington State University, U.S. General Service Administration, Washington State Parks, and the Port of Seattle. We have extensive experience with design-build project delivery for institutional clients, understanding that great design, well-coordinated systems, and long-term maintenance considerations are key to successful projects.
