Studio TJP

Studio TJP is a small architecture firm of talented professionals emphasizing client communication and creative, thoughtful, and sustainable design solutions. Our new residential projects emphasize craft, detail, and warmth, in traditional and contemporary design. We are also experienced in assisting clients with responsible stewardship and compatible remodel and restoration of heritage properties.

We are committed to responsible use of resources and universal design. All of our architects and designers are LEED Accredited Professionals. Founded in 1979 by Larry and Lani Johnson, the practice was previously known as The Johnson Partnership. In 2018, ownership transitioned to the long-term architectural leadership team — Howard Miller, Steve Campbell, and Ellen Mirro. In 2020, The Johnson Partnership became Studio TJP.
