Studio Zerbey Architecture + Interiors

Studio Zerbey is a Seattle-based residential architecture and interior design studio founded by architects Lauren and Kyle Zerbey. With over 20 years of experience, we design custom homes, remodels, and additions throughout the Pacific Northwest, from Alaska to Hawai’i. Our work blends modern design with natural materials and daylight to create homes that are personal, timeless, and connected to the land.

We are approachable, collaborative, and detail-oriented. We listen first, ask good questions, and design homes that respond to each client, their land, budget, and lifestyle. From early consultations and design concepts through final details and furnishings, we guide the design process and advocate for our clients during construction so each home is cohesive, personal, and built to last.

Good design enhances daily life. We believe homes should feel intentional and livable as well as beautiful. Our work is modern but not trendy, efficient yet personal, grounded in the landscape and adaptable over time. We draw inspiration from the people we design for and their land, informed by Scandinavian and Japanese design traditions and the lineage of West Coast modernism.
